Some ideas and references i should also work on that sword it the tutorial.
The flat hole bit was kind of difficult to do but i ended up doing a planer on those.

Playing with some of the uv mapping tools which are also pretty fun. got to just before exploding. i saw these but didnt know what any of them good.
